In this class we will be working towards nice and square splits and oversplits, at the end we play with a fake floor split.

Let's stretch out our splits and work on our active flexibility.

In this class we do a lot of Hamstring and Hip Flexor work and we end with kneeling Splits as well as reverse Wall Splits!

This session, we are concentration on our Hip Flexor Flexibility and Strength, as well as some Nerve Glides.
